Aramex is the WORST!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my package since 12th May, no communication from Aramex. calling or sending emails is a waste of time because they don't respond. On the 18th May a delivery was attempted but the driver was sooo rude and impossible and later decided not to give me my parcel. I then requested the package to be sent back to the sender on that sameday which was the 18th May 2020 because i don't want to deal with Aramex anymore but till today 01 June the package is still NOT sent bac****!! no communication whatsoever!!! calls and emails go unanswered !!!!
