Aramex is the worst

Im so disgusted in this company they are the worst courier service ever i ordered online from the USA and in the US forbidden items will not be transported,my item reached Joburg then i got the call from the Aramex cape town branch saying my item will be destroyed which was a face cream and weight loss pills after i purchesed these item my sister asked me to purchase her the same weight loss tabs but was delivered o DHL which was delivered a week earlier than Aramex ,i informed Amazon about this and advised them all future packages to be sent on DHL the best courier service now im only worried about my refund which i have no clue about because Aramex client said someone from customs will advise me on the refund process .Aramex SA is by far the worst i use to live in the middle east and never had such an issue with my product according to Aramex SA something in my spot correcting cream is not allowed what ******* and i thought middle east was more restrictive
