The worst courier experience ever!!!!

My parcel was sent and dispatched on Thursday 31st December, and I was notified on Tuesday 5th January that my parcel was being delivered at 12:00. I’d been calling the whole of yesterday and was told they’re ensuring that I receive my parcel yesterday, after every follow up, nothing, I wasted so much airtime, no one even bothered to call me, zero sense of emergency even after I told them I was supposed to fly out this morning. I had to change my flight to later this afternoon to give them more time, and this has cost me financially! The worst service! So frustrating and emotionally painful! Aramex in Durban is the pits!!!! If they don’t deliver again today, I’m going to have to now cancel my flight all together? Because I cannot leave until this gets here! ****tiest service! No one wants to take responsibility!!!!
