Aramex is the Pitssss

I'm very dissapointed, Thursday was waiting for my delivery from Bongani Matsane, driver confirmed he's coming, around 17h45 he said it's almost 6pm he can't come hes not paid over time by Aramex, he said he will give my parcel to someone else **** about having an incident he sent me a Pic in a traffic stating there's an incident which was just pure Lies, Friday they didn't come for delivery, raised a complained n they responded backing up this useless driver! Monday morning got confirmation via Email that the parcel is sent out n I'll get it dark or blue, around 4pm decided to call n ask what's going on, the guy who was helping me said they work with Third parties, he cannot trace where's the driver asked me to be on hold after 5 minutes he said he's got bad news my parcel has been hijacked, that the driver is currently with the police he will give me case number, yesterday I got email confirmation that the driver was hijacked Friday on the 4th but the guy who helped me said the incident just happened I will get case number 😳which was the 7th of April.. Now the email said it was the 5th🤦so muchhhhhh lies? This company must be investigated, they ***** from ppl n claim it's silly hijacking, the Insurance company they are covered with must Investigate them

Silly bunch of lies, sies really dissapointed. I'm taking this to social media platforms Aramex is the pits. Their service is whack.. Something does not add up.
