Aramex is so unprofessional

Awful ********. So I've used this drop box from aramex since 2017 and I own a business,I probably buy 10 sleeves every day and I've lost 3 parcels from aramex already at 1st they didn't even call to even advise that they've lost my parcel,I let it slide.second time same thing happened they promised a refund then later ignored my emails ,3rd time same thing then they asked for proof of payment so they can refund me then later said it was ****.mind you I sell Brazilian hair these people have been losing parcels above R2000 with no remorse...I'm currently looking for a better courier service to take my business elsewhere and I'll make sure I spread the word
