Talk about the worst couriering company, you can't get hold of them on any social media platforms.

Empty promises day in and day out, they'll tell you you'll receive your parcel on Thursday then Thursday they'll say Friday and Friday it's Saturday so on and so forth.

I hope these companies that use Arex know that the company they chose to use for the services puts customers under a lot of stress.

I'm stuck in Johannesburg because I can't change address delivery, you can't go collect from them yohhh 🚮🚮🚮🙄there should be an option for zero star rating 🤞
