Aramex is pathetic

Had something delivery with this pathetic company got picked up the 23rd December and it's 12 January today and yet it wasn't delivered and no one even knows where the parcel is

Everyday all you pathetic agents have a different story to tell me and have no answers for me what the way forward is , apparently you guys think we should take this lightly and just let it slide if the parcel was ******

Do damn better as a company because what you doing now it's rather pathetic and I'll gor sure as hell never send anything again with you guys

Can't even locate my parcel or what happened because clearly you running a **** business fo better and hold your staff accountable for their actions
