ARAMEX IS PATHETIC AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely disgusting service from Aramex. I ordered a parcel from Wholesale 7 and it arrived within 7days on the 4th of August 2019. It was held at customs but payed for shipment. I had to provide an invoice to prove that I had payed everything. My parcel was awaiting customs release they only when I followed up Aramex told me I had to pay an Inspection fee. I did that and till to date I have not received my parcel after calling their contact centre and receiving no assistance. It is now the 2nd Of October and no parcel. When I track my parcel, it shows that it has been scheduled for delivery on the 30th September but delivery keep getting postponed. Who ever reads this review, NEVER EVER USE ARAMEX. THEY ARE PATHETIC
