Aramex is pathetic

From last week Friday l have been receiving the same sms, ".Hi ZILONDILE NTULI Your shipment DBP*** is out for delivery today. To view the latest status of your parcel please go to https://storetodoor.aramex.co.za/track/DBP***" still no call from Aramex. What is sad is that my leave has already started and l should be in KZN by now. I have called Aramex there was no answer. Tried calling them again, call was answered after 36 mins of holding. The agent l spoke to promised that the parcel will be delivered today. I can't waste my leave days in Pretoria l should be home in KZN. Iam really sad.
