Aramex is pathetic

Aramex SA is so unprofessional.Its been three weeks now im still waiting for my parcel.funny part is they send me sms everyday that i will receive the package but nothing.I traced tge parcel in their website its marked delivered.I call their office they say my parcel is in the vehicle to be delivered.They are the worst
