Aramex is not worth your time

I've had two horrible experiences with Aramex.

In 2016, I ordered viral textbooks through Amazon and after a few weeks I was informed that the parcel was in the country and would be delivered by Aramex. After a two-week long ordeal, including being informed daily that no one had responded or no one was at home (although I made sure to be at home during delivery hours), finally I decided to wait on my driveway and had the aramex van fly right past my gate. In order to receive my package, I had to run down my road behind the van.

I never used Amazon again for fear of having to deal with Aramex again.

My second experience surrounded some Makeup I had ordered from a different site and after facing the same ordeal with the van driving past my property without stopping and multiple unsuccessful conversations with customer service, I was forced to drive an approximate 2 hour distance to the warehouse to fetch my package. Not only did this cost me a large sum in petrol money, I have to avoid yet another sight in order to avoid this awful delivery company.

Never in my life have I been faced with a lack of professionalism this extreme and I will continue to avoid any business with them. I am distressed, tired and confused.

I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
