Aramex is not contactable

I can't get through to Aramex, I have been trying for over a week, I hold for hours at end. I even tried the Wattsapp service and have been waiting since 8 am this morning. How is this possible? A parcel of mine was Confiscated by Customs as per tracking on their website. But that's it. No explanation. How is it so difficult to get hold of them? And why have they not tried to get hold of me, I have been waiting on my parcel for a month already.
