Aramex? Is my parcel next?

Just like most things in life, the first few times are good, but as time goes by the level of service starts to drop. No wonder it's called drop boxes! You drop your parcel and they drop their service. The lack of communicating with real people goes beyond my understanding of why they even have a call centre. You get directed from pillar to post and at the end of the day you still have no clarity. Where I come from customer service means to actually serve the customer. That Arabot and his stupid winky face makes me sick!
