Aramex is misleading customers and cannot deliver

This is the worst courier company in Mzasni (South Africa) My parcel was sent on the 2 September .I been inquiring about my parcel ********** 6815 since Monday (4 September and they ignoring my calls or messages.If I received a response it turns out to be a false promise. Aramex claims to be an overnight courier but they are misleading the customers. I have never received such a worst service from a courier company.
