Aramex is just pathetic!

I’m rating this company one star because I cannot rate it at zero! On the weekend of Black Friday, I ordered hair online and the hair was to be couriered using this sorry excuse for a ‘courier‘ company. I only received a package mid-December which was not what I had ordered, but someone else’s package instead!!! I received painting brushes , I mean whaaaat? I told them that I would be leaving the country in a few days and would need this matter to be rectified ASAP! I have been calling and emailing these people ever since and no one has bothered to address me! Please do not use this company if you’re looking for a reliable courier company! It’s absolutely pathetic
