Aramex is *********** and unreliable.

I ordered a parcel through Amazon in January 2019 package was due for delivery on the 18th of Feb. I received a call from Aramex on the 7th of Feb confirming address, I have two addresses on the system one is my home address and the second is my work address, I told the guy to use my home address as I was home that day and he said he will confirm if there's a driver avail and I never got a call back. When I got to work the next day I tracked my package and found out that they were not able to locate my home address but had not called, I tried to call Aramex but was unsuccessful as my call was cut off twice. I contacted Aramex again on the 11 Feb and was told that my package would arrive on the morni g of the 12th but notbing from them not even a call. On the 14th when I arrived back at work I see that my package was delivered and upon contacting Aramex I find out that my package was delivered to a John... I do not know John, I did not receive a call from anyone to ask me if I know John... My contact number is o. The system as well as both addresses which are both correct. Please assist.
