Aramex is *****. They lie and destroy all plans. Not to be trusted. Never use them. Be warned

I forgot my memory stick at home in kzn and left for Johannesburg. Sunday I remembered and asked my sister to send it to me via Aramex as they promise the next day delivery by 12:00. Today its Wednesday almost 13:00 and still not delivered. What make matters worse is that when I track the parcel on the system there is no updates and when I call them there seem to be no truth. From Tuesday I have been calling every 2 hours to check the status. I was told the parcel is out for delivery till today nothing. I have made over 20 calls and each time I get different information and asked to leave my number promising to get back to me. No one ever did. Lesson learnt never send anything with this ***** courier company who lie to their loyal customer. Unless you have a whole month for your parcel to get to you. use DHL.Aramex is worse than the post office. I am disgusted for the amount of dishonesty and nothing being done even after so many calls. This valentine week approaching please find alternative means to get gifts to your loved ones. Reliability and Trust is everything and Aramex is ***** and Lack all that. MNX
