ARAMEX IS FAILING IN THEIR SERVICES

I sent a parcel to JHB in Randburg, and the driver count waited for more than just 2 minutes for the receiver to go from upstairs to down stairs. The parcel was sent more than a month ago and is still not received. They claim to have called my cousin, but she has not received any calls from them. She again called to enquire about her parcel, and they said they would deliver this week. Still nothing; I am not sure what must happen now. This is very, very ridiculous
