Aramex is failing dramatically

I Hold aramex to the most highest regards, they have always delivered my goods on time, but lately they are letting me down. Aramex has had my parcel for more than 2 weeks on hold and are saying nothing. I smell something ***** happening, because when I suggest going to the airport to find out about my parcel whereabout they object to it. Worst part they are not keeping me on the loop about what is happening, I have to call them instead. Nope, Aramex I will get to the bottom of this and someone will be held accountable and that is definitely not me.
