Aramex is disgusting

Aramex has the worst service. I had a delivery schedule for the 24th of December to date I still have not received my delivery. I completely understand that there were a lot of public holidays but no one from Aramex even bothers to call you to update you and the status keeps changing on their track my parcel page but I still don’t have my goods. Even after submitting numerous complaints on their website no one ever responds. Aramex is seriously a joke and I don’t think anyone should ever use it.
