Aramex is disappointing!!

My very first time using Aramex. This is the worst courier services ever experienced. I was assured that my package is arriving today after a long wait and waited the entire day for my parcel to be delivered. The driver does not communicate anything at all for the whole day and when I tracked my parcel after 5pm the update only stated that they attempted to deliver and couldn't reach me. I've been sitting infront of my house the whole day waiting for these people because I urgently need that parcel and this is the poor service from Aramex I'm getting. It's my first and definitely my last making use of them. Never again!
