Aramex is despicable company with no customer service assistance. I wonder if anyone works at Aramex or everyone is on holiday... Pathetic

I ordered a package from Shein on the 7th of Nov, on the 14th of Nov, the package arrived in SA. Since the 14th until the 30th of Nov my package has been in customs. There has been no communication from Aramex has to why my package has been detained. No contact what so ever. I tried calling Aramex 50 million times... with no luck getting through to anyone 😕. I have spent more money trying to get my package from Aramex then the actual package itself. This country will try to rip us off at every chance.

Aramex is the worse company I have dealt with and their customer service is pathetic. People have no communication skills or ethics.
