ARAMEX IS COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I trusted Aramex with a critical delivery for the launch of Meyiswa Training Academy (MTA). They promised delivery within 2–3 days. That promise was completely ignored.

For four full days, no one at Aramex could tell me where my parcel was. No tracking clarity. No ownership. No urgency. Just silence and confusion while my launch date got closer and closer.

Because of Aramex’s incompetence, my official launch went ahead with NO marketing material. Months of planning were undermined by a courier company that clearly does not understand accountability or customer impact.

Absolutely unacceptable service from a company that markets itself as professional and reliable. If your delivery matters — especially for a business event — DO NOT use Aramex. They cost me credibility, money, and a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
