Aramex is Beginning to Suck Big-Time

Just 4 months ago, I happily used Aramex for my business because they not only picked up my parcels from my house (for my clients), but they delivered in 2-3 days on average if the area to which I am shipping is an accessible town/city, however, they have gone downhill lately.

I sent a parcel out on Friday the 26th of November, and that parcel was ready to be put out for delivery on Saturday, so I expected it Monday the 29th, but nope! It is now the next Monday, and the package has not moved at all. I have tried to chat with them online multiple times since that first Monday, but I have gotten NO answer. I have tried to call, but I always end up waiting for half an hour just to hang up because no one f*cking answers. I am not kidding either! Their service is actually nonexistant.

They used to be the best and cheapest couriers in the country, but they are now just about on par with everyone else. Why is it that every business and courier in South Africa fails us eventually? Absolutely avoid these slugs for the foreseeable future or at least through the holidays.
