Aramex Is Becoming Horrible In Such a Short Period

<p>I hate the customer service of Aramex. I order a parcel from Nike.com and so did many of my friends in the same city that ordered the same time on the same day. They receive they parcels after 4-5 working days. I see that mine also arrived 4-5 working days after I ordered in the country. I still to date have not received my parcel where as I wasted alot of time, efforts and money making phone calls, sending emails etc. to both Nike and Aramex but still not rsolved. Nike blames Aramex and Aramex blames Nike. I know the real problem lies by Aramex and I would like to say you as Aramex is horrible you dont even contact the customer who supports you on what the progress is of the parcel and I ordered that parcel specially for an event that is happening on the 29th of April 2017 now it seems like my money is wasted and I have to quickly run up and down to make alternative provisions and it is quite alot of money might I add.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really dissapointed, angry and upset at Aramex.</p> <p> </p> <p>I won't futher recommend this courier company to fellow buyers.</p>
