Aramex is awful!

Aramex is terrible. I am so unimpressed by them. Ordered a package that was meant to be delivered to my door. I still have not received it. There was "attempted delivery" twice according to them but I did not receive any notification or anything letting me know it was at my door for me to collect. If anyone could advise me on what to do that would be fantastic as I would like to get the package I paid alot for!!
