ARAMEX IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

Was sent a package from Bloemfontein to durban on the 2nd of August. It's now the 9th and I haven't received my package. I called the durban branch countless times... Not once did I mange to get through. Further more I called the customer care line and that lady also could not get ahold of someone in the durban branch. When I gave in my tracking number to the lady at the customer care service, she read out what I was able to see on the Aramex.co.za web page.... Useless! And further more when I enquired why I was taking them so long I was told that the guy had the package in the van. And because he had so many other packages he was not able to deliver it for the last 3 days!!!!

I wish aramex would close down. Cause this is such a useless company that doesn't keep to their word. Just by the way it was an overnight delivers.
