Aramex is a ****!

Bottom barrel of service providers! You’re better off using Post office Atleast that’s a free service. I sent 2 shipments from the USA on 16/01/2020 and they were separated at London. One of the shipments arrived in South Africa on 10/02/2020 while the other shipment has been stuck at the London sorting facility since 22/01/2020. Today marks 3 weeks and 3 days without any update. I paid for both shipments separately so this is frustrating! I’ve called Aramex offices in South Africa and they either don’t answer phones, or on the rare occasions that they do answer they are completely clueless. They have no communication with their International counterparts and you’ll be placed on hold for 30mins only to be told that they can’t get ahold of London. If you’re shipping anything from abroad, use a legitimate service provider- Aramex so nothing but a ****!
