Worst courier company I would say, I have received a missed call from Jefrey at 8:47 AM,I then tried to sent a WhatsApp msg and call the number back, I also check the status of the tracking no which says my article is on hold because they trying to get hold of me, how so if they missed call once ,and from there I went ahead on to chat with an agent which s/he have apologize for inconvenience ok fine the next day I have received a message saying they will deliver between 8am- 6 pm then again I asked Lethabo to give me an estimation when the driver will be in my area so I can make arrangements which is a mission impossible.Please take notes to your competitors they communicate with the customers.You are the worst courier...15 Nov 2024
