Aramex is a nonsense company. Rather use another company or you will regret

Aramex is a useless company that doesn't care about people's parcels. I have been trying to submit queries and complaints with them but no feedback.

I still haven't received my parcel till now and there's a very important document there. I will never use this company ever again. I would rather take the time to go pick up my parcel at a PEP store then tolerate this bad service from Aramex
