Aramex is a Mess

Lost my parcel and did not give me a refund because the parcel was not insured? Come on. I was sending a postcard. I think that Aramex's employees are either *****ing parcels and then just not reporting them as missing (because I did not hear anything about my parcel being MISSING until I called their support and got the update). What a joke.

Not to mention that my parents shipments for their business have seen some serious delays due to Aramex. These incidents are not isolated; this company just operates really poorly.
