Aramex is a joke!!

So disappointed and annoyed at the poor service offered by this courier company. My parcel was sent on 4/4/2023 and I still haven’t received it. When I track it, it’s still at “origin” …my parcel hasn’t moved and it’s been how many days??? I’m so annoyed!!!
