Aramex is a *****

I have an online business and have sent a parcel to a customer in Cape Town using aramex because of the distance. Aramex was the cheapest and I have been using them for a while now. My client received the incorrect parcel and has now labelled my business has a **** and has myself being a *****. Aramex does not understand the importance of this to small business owners. When I queried and called them, no response. I am completely disappointed.
