Aramex is a disappointment

This is a bad company, and it is so sad that they do not even read nor respond to reviews. They same way they are not responding to emails sent to them. They instead send automated email with the same message nor matter how many times you send a complain. This is the 37th day my parcel arrived in the country, the only time I heard I am suppose to pay custom fees was after I have been sending numerous emails and wrote a review on this page. They have no respect for customers at all. The worst is when you phone their customer service where the call center agent will say they will send an email but nothing happens. I am very disappointed and stressed since the shopping site I use courier through them.
