ARAMEX IS A ****

My sister has been waiting for a parcel from ARAMEX and they had received it on the 4th of April and have been sitting with the parcel ever since and they are not sending it to her, yesterday we have been calling and enquiring and they keep on saying an agent will call but no one seems to have the appetite to sort out our parcel, we nearly damaged the reputation of another business that has done their part but ARAMEX is not taking this thing serious.
