Aramex is a ****!!

Yesterday, I received a call from one of the company's consultants (Kushmea Pillay) informing me that one of their courier guy had been hijacked. She did not provide any proof to account for the hijacking which gives me every right to not believe her. If this "hijacking story" was true, it would have been posted on the company's Instagram page to alert everyone and not make private/individual calls. She further mentioned that if my sneaker is not recovered, I won't receive my sneaker/ a refund. Thier company seems legit on the outside but behind the scenes, they run a **** to rob people. I want my money/sneaker, should they fail to provide any of the two then we can gladly take it to the higher authorities. I am more than welcome to expose thier dirty work and company.
