Aramex International useless

This is the last time that I will use Aramex again, especially to courier internationally. I've always battled, each and every time, to receive my package. I couriered a package from Germany so I supp**** them, at their request with an English invoice. I suppose you cannot expect that anybody at an international courier company can read German. Understandable. But they kept on requesting the same invoice over and over. Already July we paid their delivery fee. Yesterday when I enquired, they wanted to know where the POP has been sent to. Luckily we had the names of all the people who saw the invoice plus POP. They promised to call back, never happened. So I call again this morning. The package is at last at customs who will decide whether to release the package or open it for inspection. The same thing happened with my last package. After failing around to track it, I was given a telephone number in Silverton, Pretoria. These people weren't too keen to answer their phone. When at last I was able to speak to someone I was informed that the package was there but it hasn't been cleared by customs because they haven't opened it yet. I had to pay extra money into an account for them to simply open the package and compare it to the invoice. Having done that they agreed to deliver it. Months after the order has been placed! I ordered from this German company before and the South African postal service delivered within 4 weeks at no extra charge. Really, is it worth using Aramex at a hefty fee
