Aramex *********** and lies

My parcel was send out last week Thursday even today i have received it they dont call ,but i see updates tht they tried to contact me with no luck while i was waiting for them all day long even asked security to be on the look out for them. Boom re-scheduled @ 5MP saying they attempt to call me like readly this is totally an acceptable
