Aramex Incompetence

Sending a parcel from Somerset West to Caledon took 8 days. When i contacted support, Pamela Cornelius, responded and shifted responsibility to a third party and patronized me by advising of the weekend and public holidays. RE: [CaseReference:CPT/0819/457] Thing is that it has been 7 days that the parcel has been sent between Aramex sorting facilities. Aramex is worse than the local Post Office.
