Aramex ignores customers

We sent a parcel and amended the address to a different adress, we were assured all was good and the parcel will be delivered to the correct address. The parcel was delivered to the incorrect adress and customer service keeps saying they have resolved the matter yet nothing has been resolved. We keep explaining to them that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and no response it's been about 3 months .
