Aramex Horrific Service!

Appalling service. My package was sent out last Thursday and my customer who is losing business because of this delayed order still has not received their order. The Durban call centre staff actually **** on Friday which was the expected delivery day and said the package was sent out from Durban to Jhb and is now in Sandton only to find the next day Sat another agent says the package has not even left and is still in Durban only to leave that day to be delivered on Monday. Monday came and still nothing. I was promised an escalated call back - Nothing! NEVER USING ARAMEX AGAIN!
