Aramex horrible service

Sent a parcel with aramex south africa. 11 days later it still has not been delivered. Their call centre's are useless, you are out on hold for 20minutes at a time before anyone answers only to put you through to someone else equally as useless. They hav no answer as to why it was sitting at the depot for over 10 days and when i ask them to refund me for the bag as they hav a next day delivery policy then conveniently the manager is not in. So dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service!! Will never be using them again
