Aramex horrible customer service

Disgusting service! Spent R200 airtime holding to speak to a agent regarding my missing package. No tracking information or any information where my package is. The chat is useless agents don't reply and im loosing business because of the bad service from Aramex. I am at a dead end on what to do..I can't get hold of anyone and my package is gone? How am I meant to have a successful small business with a courier service like this. I paid my money to use your service but you can't be bothered to help your clients. Disgusting will NEVER use you again. Someone get back to me on where my package is!!!!!!
