ARAMEX HORRIBLE COURIER SERVICE. NEVER USE

Ordered a online parcel from zara, was shipped on the 1st of Feb through Aramex. It is today the 12th of Feb. Have still not received it. Most terrible courier service on this earth. I live 150km from the place. I would have rather drove to zara and bought in the store if I knew it would take over 2 weeks to come 150km. ARAMEX THE ONLY COMPETITION TO THE ANC IN PUTRID SERVICE DELIVERY
