ARAMEX HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I am based in Johannesburg and I sent out a parcel to Boksburg using Aramex, and apparently the driver called my client and said he had delivered her parcel at the wrong address and that he would get it to her, weeks went by and she never got her goods, I lodged a complaint via email and Aramex took long to respond and eventually I borrowed airtime to call them , the phone rang and rang until one of their consultants picked up, I'm really dissatisfied with the service I have received from Aramex , i dont even know what happened with the parcel whether it was ****** or not.

I still have the tracking number of the parcel, and the number of the driver , those were goods over R2000 , aramex never got back to me, these are tough times and every cent counts. I'm thinking of taking this up with court if i dont get a response.
