Aramex has not delivered my parcel after 3 months of ordering

I ordered my parcel from Aramex 3 months ago and till today I have not received my parcel. I have called them several times but they either place me on hold and never get back to me or they tell me someone else will call me and they never do. I am extremely disappointed especially because I had ordered 3 months ago and I continuously have to call them and deal with their unprofessional ism after I had paid for my parcel to be delivered more than 3 months ago. I'm going to continue exposing them on all social media platforms and let people know about they incompetence.
