Aramex has no customer service!

Well where to start..... What is customer service? Apparently at aremax there is no such thing! Ive been waiting for my parcel since the 27th of October and still nothing, they don't update the status of your parcel and never awnsers the phone. So where do i go from here? Hopefully i get some awnsers!!!!!!
