Aramex has lost my package

Really had a bad experience with aramex I sent my package on the 22nd of October at pick n pay bedworthpark sending clothes at a cost of R2000 ,sending to my cousin in freestate;clocolan

Aramex has failed m3 I've been calling a lot asking how is it possible that their agent never delivered and he is now asking us if he can pay for the goods.All we need is the goods I sent because they are baby clothes worth R2000 and aramex keeps telling me they are investigating they will call me till today I haven't received any call from them I want my package or I tale this to the consumer services and report aramex
