ARAMEX has horrible service

Awaiting order DBP*** and the whole experience has just been **********. I had to make several calls and each time speaking to a different call center agent. On Friday Xander promised a sameday delivery or after hour home delivery, which never happened. Followed up continuously today 17.01 every time I get put on hold whilst the agent is liaising with the "Operations Manager" I just spoke to Rishmita Singh and she promised to follow through so I can get my parcel today. I will never BUY from any online company using ARAMEX for their delivery.Xander promised I will get a call from OPS team but that never happened.Rishmita also promised a call back from OPS team nothing thus far I will never make use of ARAMEX!!!!!
