Aramex has absolutely disgusting and inefficient service!!! They are the worst courier company to be honest

Aramex has absolutely disgusting and inefficient service!!! They are the worst courier company to be honest. I have been waiting for updates for almost two weeks now! And still no parcel every time I call I’m being told that customs has backlogs funny enough when another courier company gets used I get my stuff with no hassles. Aramex your staff is absolutely pathetic! They are not even bothered in following in up on when I will receive my customs invoice. Sadly I can’t choose which courier service the supplier uses I just wish it wasn’t Aramex!
